However I understood the later, post 2007 models re checks on the move so didn't matter if you started the bike with brakes applied, but this would likely still require the brake light and switch not to be activated. The warning lamp stayed on continuously with the Brake Failure light rapidily flashing. I can hear the brake servo motor whinning as if the brake lever in ingaged.
