WebJul 25, 2024 · Following up on this, because of the height these APs are mounted, there is a connection from the patch panel to the console port. I had that patched into the switch accidentally. Apparently the APs don't like having the console port connected to a switch. Once that was unplugged, and the AP was power cycled, everything works as it should.
